I am a U.S.-based Developer and UX Designer with over 20 years experience working with web-based technologies. My passion is to make products and services that people want to use. From my experiences as a UX Designer and interviewing end users and clients alike, one technology stack isn’t always the right answer; sometimes it takes a diverse ecosystem in order to properly provide an offering that users actually want to use at the level of quality they expect. This is where I focus my attention.
Due to my diverse background and “deep generalist” take on technology, the topics of my blog can vary depending. From a development perspective, my focuses tend to involve the Microsoft .Net stack, NodeJS, iOS, and Android. This is not an inclusive list as I have also worked in Python and Ruby; however, those are not my current focuses. From a UX perspective, I try to provide posts based on experiences and lessons learned instead of the theoretical.
